These Terms govern the use of ScreenTime Plus and ScreenTime Search (the “Service”), operated by Scribedby (“we”, “us”). The Service is available at screentimeplus.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you purchase a subscription, the terms presented at checkout also apply. Nothing in these Terms removes your statutory consumer rights.
ScreenTime Plus helps visitors discover trailers, promotional videos and entertainment information. Video content is generally embedded from or linked to third-party platforms such as YouTube; we do not claim ownership of those videos. Listings, rankings, descriptions and availability can change, and we cannot guarantee that every result is accurate or available in your region.
Free access may be supported by advertising, including Google AdSense, and affiliate links, including Amazon links. We may earn a commission when you make a qualifying purchase through an affiliate link, without increasing the price you pay. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Some features require an account. You must provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials confidential, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised account access. You are responsible for activity through your account except where caused by our own failure to take reasonable care. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse or serious breaches of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
ScreenTime+ Private is a planned paid membership at £2.99 per month, with recurring billing, subject to the price, tax treatment and payment terms shown before purchase. Private is intended to provide the same entertainment discovery and trailer features without ScreenTime+ advertising or Amazon affiliate purchase buttons. This benefit applies to our own site experience; third-party embedded players may still display content or promotions controlled by their providers.
Subscriptions and payments are handled through Paddle. By completing checkout you authorise recurring charges at the disclosed interval until cancellation. We will show applicable payment terms before you commit. A subscription is not active merely because you have clicked a checkout button; access is subject to successful payment confirmation and account activation.
A monthly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. You can request cancellation through the available account or billing-management option, or contact [email protected] for assistance. Cancellation normally stops future renewal charges; the effective end of access will depend on the billing terms shown at checkout and any applicable legal rights.
Refunds and statutory cancellation rights are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable UK consumer rights. Please review the checkout disclosures and refund policy before subscribing.
You must not use the Service unlawfully; attempt to access another person's account; disrupt or overload our systems; bypass access controls; or scrape or bulk-download content in ways that unreasonably burden the Service or infringe third-party rights.
Searches may be processed to return results and improve relevance, including through aggregated query statistics where implemented. Your browser may store settings such as theme and Spoiler Shield preferences. Details of personal data, cookies and third-party services are in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party trailers, images, names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. The original ScreenTime Plus branding, site design, software and editorial materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for ordinary personal use but may not republish our proprietary materials without permission, except where law allows.
The Service may link to or embed YouTube, retailers, advertising networks and payment services. We are not responsible for independently operated third-party websites or their content. Their availability, terms and privacy policies may differ from ours.
We aim to keep the Service available and functioning, but maintenance, technical failures and third-party changes can interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free results. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when these Terms were agreed.
We may improve or change features over time. If we make material changes affecting paid members, we will provide appropriate notice and respect applicable consumer rights. We will update the date on this page when these Terms change.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under applicable law. If you are a consumer, you may have rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
